Apply to HCI Winter School 2027
Submit your application by 18 October 2026, 11:59 PM Bangladesh time (UTC+6). Tell us about your motivation, relevant experience or interests, a problem or project you would like to explore, and the perspective you would bring to the cohort.
The finalized application form URL will be updated here shortly. If Google Forms is inaccessible in your location, email hccs@bracu.ac.bd to request an alternative application format. You should not need to sign in to a Google account to apply.
How to apply
1. Check eligibility
Confirm you are currently based in Asia, hold or obtain SIGCHI membership (student or professional), and can attend the full residential period.
2. Complete the application form
Share your motivation, experience or interests, a problem or project to explore, and what you would bring to the cohort. A fully formed research project is not required.
3. Submit by the deadline
Applications close 18 October 2026, 11:59 PM Bangladesh time (UTC+6).
4. Await decisions
Selection and travel-support decisions are expected by 23 October 2026. Confirm participation by 26 October if selected.
