Visa support

Selected international participants who require a visa will receive an official invitation or supporting letter after confirming participation.

Invitation letters

After you confirm participation, you can receive an official invitation or supporting letter for your visa application. Participants remain responsible for visa requirements, travel documents, travel insurance, and personal expenses unless explicitly stated otherwise. An invitation letter does not guarantee a visa.

How visa support works

1. Get selected and confirm

Selection and travel-support decisions are expected by 23 October 2026. Confirm participation by 26 October.

2. Request an invitation letter

Invitation and visa-support letters are issued from 24 October 2026 onward, after participation confirmation.

3. Apply at your local mission

Apply at the nearest Bangladesh embassy or consulate, or for visa on arrival if your nationality is eligible.

4. Tell us when it is approved

Write once your visa is approved so we can finish travel and pickup plans.

Visa FAQ

It depends on your nationality. Check the Department of Immigration and Passports, Bangladesh, or your nearest Bangladesh mission for the current list.

It varies by country and mission. Apply as soon as you have your invitation letter, and at least 4–6 weeks before travel.
