Fees and participant support
There is no registration fee. Selected participants receive accommodation and meals for the official residential program, with limited partial travel support considered for some international participants.
What selected participants receive

There is no registration fee for selected participants.
Accommodation
Accommodation for the official residential period, from check-in on 14 January through check-out on 20 January.
Meals
Meals during the official program, plus access to planned school and social or cultural activities.
Travel support
A limited number of selected international participants will be considered for partial travel support. Support is limited and is not guaranteed. Travel-support decisions will be communicated together with participant-selection decisions so that applicants can make an informed decision about attendance.
Visa and personal costs
Selected international participants who require a visa will receive an official invitation or supporting letter after confirming participation. Participants remain responsible for visa requirements, travel documents, travel insurance, and personal expenses unless explicitly stated otherwise. An invitation letter does not guarantee a visa.
